What Documents to Bring to Interview

 

Before your interview please take a moment to gather original versions of these documents. Our Safer Recruitment process depends on these, and your application will be delayed without them.

You will need to take photographs of the original version of these documents. These should be full documents photos - not sections of documents. If you have online banking, then we can accept a PDF of your bank statement.

You will receive an email with a link to upload your documents. Once you have done this, keep your documents together - we will need you to show us them at interview.

Full document list:

  • Qualification and training certificates
  • Passport (plus any required visa documents)
  • National Insurance proof (NI card, P45, P60 or benefits letter)
  • 2 address proofs (all less than 3 months old)
  • Proof of bank details - eg a bank statement
  • Up to date CV - please ensure this shows the dates of the roles, your most recent jobs and training or employment gaps
  • 5 year work & address history with dates
  • Current enhanced DBS live on the Update Service
  • If your DBS is not live then we can arrange a new enhanced DBS - this is payable directly to the DBS checking company uCheck.

Remember: If you don't upload all documents there will be a delay in your application.

Please remember to speak to your referees ASAP to ask them to complete the email reference we will be sending them.
