Nexter Recruitment is appointing Early Years Professionals to join our specialist Southwark team. We focus exclusively on providing high-standard pedagogical support for Private Day Nurseries across Southwark (SE1), Elephant & Castle (SE11), and Peckham (SE15).

As a specialist agency, we provide a streamlined platform for practitioners who take pride in their EYFS knowledge and are looking for consistent work within premier private settings.

The Offer:

• Hourly Rates: Up to £14.00 per hour based on qualification and experience.

• Payment: Reliable Weekly PAYE (No umbrella companies).

• Location: Consistent shifts in specialist 0-5 settings across Southwark.

• Sector Focus: We operate purely within the Private Day Nursery sector.

Candidate Requirements:

1. EYFS Experience: A minimum of 3 months’ recent, paid experience within a UK Private Day Nursery setting.

2. Professional Practice: A proactive approach to the nursery routine, including supporting all aspects of personal care, hygiene, and developmental play.

3. Compliance: An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service is required to begin the placement process.

4. Communication: Clear, fluent English to effectively support and model language development.
