Recruitment Resourcer - Nurseries

Join Nexter, a fast-growing nursery recruitment agency supporting early years settings across Yorkshire and London. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, people-focused Resourcer to help us deliver outstanding service to nurseries and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write and post engaging job adverts for nursery roles across multiple platforms

  • Screen and register candidates, including conducting interviews (phone/video/in-person)

  • Carry out vetting and compliance checks (DBS, references, right to work)

  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records in our recruitment software (Zoho CRM, Workerly & Recruit)

  • Keep job vacancies and bookings up to date, ensuring all information is current

  • Liaise with consultants and clients to support smooth placements

  • Respond promptly to candidate and client queries

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in recruitment admin, resourcing, or early years settings (preferred but not essential)

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Confident IT user, able to learn new systems quickly (Zoho CRM, Workerly & Recruit experience a plus)

  • Proactive, positive attitude and a team player

  • Able to prioritise and manage a varied workload
