Nursery Recruitment Sales Lead

We’re Nexter, a fast-growing nursery staffing agency making waves in Yorkshire—and now launching in London. We connect great nurseries with great nursery staff.

We’re looking for a sales-driven recruiter to help us expand.

This is a high-energy, mornings-only role where you’ll:

• Proactively grow our client base – Make 40+ calls/day to nurseries, booking 5+ client visits/week for our team.
• Match temps to shifts in real-time – Each morning, check staff availability and sell directly to local nurseries, turning calls into bookings.
• Fill temp & perm roles – From securing emergency cover to placing permanent staff, you’ll own the full cycle.
• Earn as you perform – Weekly pay + bonuses per placement

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales DNA – You love closing deals but hate pushy tactics (nursery managers need a consultative approach).
• Organised & quick-thinking – Juggling temps, clients, and bookings doesn’t faze you.
• Self-starter – Happy working remotely (until our office opens), but hungry to grow with us.
• Bonus points – Nursery/recruitment experience, but sales closing skills matter more.
• We use Zoho CRM, Recruit and Workerly - experience in these is an advantage but not essential.

What We Offer:

• £15/hr + bonus.
• Finish by 12pm – Afternoons free for family, studies, or side gigs.
• Monthly profit bonus – Earn £250 + 10% of GP over £5k/month.
• WFH flexibility (transition to Greenwich office late 2024, then 1 day WFH).
• Clear progression – Grow into team leadership as London scales.

Initially a 6 month contract launch role with huge growth potential. Prove yourself, and there's scope to go permanent / grow or lead London.
